Curriculum alignment according to Industry requirements

When we started building Bosscoder School of Technology (BST), one concern stood out very clearly.

Most existing engineering colleges in India still follow a curriculum that is 15–16 years old. Students are learning subjects that no longer reflect how the tech industry actually works today.

On top of that, in many colleges, teaching is handled largely by pure academicians or researchers, people who may have deep theoretical knowledge but have never written production-level code or worked in real tech systems.
