Here, we act as a bridge in helping them realize their dream through our structured curriculum designed by industry experts, 1:1 mentorship from industry veterans, and access to our growing and active community of engineers.Since inception, we have helped 1000+ engineers shift into top product companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, among others.

Meet the Founders
Rajat Garg and Manish Garg, the dynamic duo behind Bosscoder Academy, bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for teaching to their upskilling platform for tech engineers.
Manish Garg, an IIT Dhanbad graduate from 2016, has an impressive track record in the tech industry. He started his career as a Machine Learning engineer at Samsung, working on Samsung Bixby, which is used by 25 million users. Manish then joined Essential, collaborating with Andy Rubin, the founder of Android, on creating a new operating system. At Quoori in Germany, Manish served as a Machine Learning lead for the speech department. With nine years of teaching experience, Manish shares Rajat's enthusiasm for mentorship and education.
Rajat Garg, a 2019 NIT Delhi graduate, began his career as a software developer at Microsoft, where he contributed to scaling PowerPoint web services to 200 million monthly active users. With six years of teaching experience under his belt, Rajat's passion for mentorship is a driving force behind Bosscoder Academy. A serial entrepreneur, Rajat has previously co-founded three startups: Jini, KiddoConnect, and MindWhisper.
Together, Rajat and Manish have combined their skills, experiences, and passions to create Bosscoder Academy, a platform that empowers tech engineers to achieve their dreams and excel in top product companies.
