founders

Manish Garg, IIT Dhanbad (2016)

Ex.

Manish began his career as a Machine Learning Engineer at Samsung, where he worked on Samsung Bixby, used by over 25 million users. He later joined Essential,collaborating with Andy Rubin, the founder of Android, to help build a new operating system.

At Quora (Germany), Manish led the Machine Learning efforts for the speech team. With close to a decade of industry and teaching experience, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong focus on mentorship to Bosscoder Academy.

Rajat Garg,NIT Delhi (2019)

Ex-

Rajat started his career as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he worked on scaling PowerPoint web services used by over 200 million monthly active users.

Driven by his passion for teaching and mentorship, Rajat went on to co-found multiple startups, including Jini, KiddoConnect, and MindWhisper. At Bosscoder Academy, he focuses on building structured learning paths that help engineers crack interviews and succeed at top product companies.
