I have done my degree in Computer Science Engineering, and I got a campus placement at Nagarro in my final year. But after spending 6 months on the bench, I was laid off during the lockdown. That made me realize how challenging off-campus job searches can be without proper direction.

While looking for ways to rebuild my career, I came across Bosscoder through LinkedIn. And after speaking with the team, I understood how a structured, CSE focused learning approach with strong fundamentals and mentorship could help me move forward.

What helped me during this time

These are the key things that helped me stay consistent and move forward:

  • Clear focus on core CS fundamentals
  • Interactive classes with doubt clearing
  • 1:1 mentorship and guidance

The learning experience was very interactive, and instructors encouraged questions throughout the sessions. My mentor played a key role by guiding me consistently and helping me prepare for product-based roles.

After strengthening my knowledge in areas like Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design, I started receiving job opportunities through placement support. With consistent effort and guidance, I was able to secure a role as a Project Engineer at a product based company.

Overall, this journey helped me regain confidence and clarity in my tech career. At the time, I couldn’t find any college that truly offered industry-ready learning with a strong CSE with AI curriculum.

But today, things are different. Bosscoder School of Technology (BST) is something I would genuinely recommend to students who want hands-on industry learning, strong computer science basics, and the right mentorship for tech roles.
