Mentors at Bosscoder Academy give personal attention to each and every student.
It started with a brief pre-onboarding session led by Rajat, one of the co-founders at Bosscoder, during which he gauged what I needed to work on before the classes for the batch officially commenced. The personal touch at the very start assured me that the decision looked worthwhile.

Live classes: the highlight 2–4 every week, helmed by Manish. The schedule was outright respected, and classes always started on time. The class structure was well planned, and the instructor did encourage in-class interactive doubt solving.
Mentor sessions: Abhishek (SDE-2, Amazon) was assigned to be my mentor in the 2nd week of batch commencement. Personally, I was pretty delighted with the knowledge and approach he took to conduct mock interview sessions.
Regular contests: regular contests were incorporated into the batch schedule, with HackerRank as the platform of choice.
Off-class support: Suchita manages that domain pretty well. There are regular follow-ups to understand any roadblocks or issues you might be currently facing.
Aside from these, there's easy access to founders and milestone planning (what to learn and when to learn it) overseen by Manish himself, which served as a value add during my time there.
