I am Arun, Currently Employed at Myntra as a Software Engineer.
When I was not placed in Campus Placement, I was having doubt on myself but Bosscoder Academy helped me to gain confidence.
I think this post might be helpful for you if you are stressed, not getting placed, or not feeling confident in coding.
Well, you are not alone; a few months ago, I was going through the same thing. Our placement season had started, and I was pretty confident that I would get placed. However, due to some overconfidence and thanks to COVID, even after the 4th month of our placement season, I was not placed. My confidence was shattered, and I started doubting my self-worth.
How did Bosscoder Academy Helped?
Bosscoder Academy helped me become more consistent in problem-solving and learning.
At this point in time, I heard about Bosscoder Academy from one of my seniors who is already working at Microsoft. Bosscoder Academy is a mentoring and coaching program to help students prepare for their interviews and become better software engineers. I enrolled in the course. During the course, because of live Zoom classes and daily assignments/homework, I became consistent in doing daily problems, which I realized I was not doing previously. This consistency and the level of questions in the assignments made me more confident in doing medium- to hard-level problems.
And, as the saying goes, "consistency is the key," and this key led to three offers from good companies in four months. Now, I am already placed at Samsung, and I am looking forward to giving more interviews and getting placed at even better companies : )
