It started with a simple thought.
CS & AI are shaping the future but why are so many graduates still struggling to get jobs?
Every year, nearly 15 lakh engineers graduate in India. Yet, only about 2% go on to earn salaries above ₹8 LPA. Not because opportunities don’t exist, but because most students graduate without industry-ready skills.
Manish Garg (IIT Dhanbad alumnus) saw this gap clearly. High demand for CS & AI talent on one side, and graduates unprepared for real tech roles on the other.
So instead of accepting this gap, he decided to fix it.
That thought led to Bosscoder School of Technology an engineering college built to align education with industry, where students don't just study CS & AI, but graduate ready to build careers in tech with right skills and right degree.
